Transformers are widely used in welding as they convert high voltage, low current power into low voltage, high current power required for welding, providing a stable and efficient source of power. TXi 500 Transformer Welding Machine is a moving core type transformer with a forced air cooling mechanism. It is suitable for welding ferrous metal workpieces with general AC electrodes. The stable arc, less spatter, and deep penetration ensure welding quality. It has a simple construction, high efficiency, and is easy to operate and maintain. Single phase models are also available on request.
